On 3 August 2025, Daishin Kashimoto performed The Four Seasons as a soloist with the Kammerakademie Potsdam at the Choriner Musiksommer.

The Chorin Music Summer Festival in the wonderful setting of the former Cistercian abbey Kloster Chorin, around 60 kilometres north of Berlin, is a crowd-puller every year. Daishin Kashimoto took part in the 62nd edition of the festival in Chorin on 3 August 2025. Together with the Kammerakademie Potsdam, he performed Vivaldi's famous collection The Four Seasons.

Interwoven into Vivaldi's four violin concertos, which Daishin Kashimoto conducted from the soloist's podium, the KAP played works by Italian composers who follow in the tradition of Vivaldi's baroque tone painting, but interpreted it in a new way.

In the first half of June 2025, Daishin Kashimoto was touring Japan and Taiwan with pianist Alessio Bax, performing sonatas by Mozart, Grieg and Beethoven in eight concerts.

Toshio Hosokawa's violin concerto Prayer, performed by Daishin Kashimoto as the Slovenian premiere, was the focus of the concert with the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Tito Ceccherini on 12 February 2025 in Ljubljana.

On 9 and 10 December 2024, Daishin Kashimoto has performed Beethoven's Violin Concerto with the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen under Paavo Järvi in Tokyo, before also appearing in recital with pianist Rafał Blechacz at Suntory Hall on 19 December.

Daishin Kashimoto's CD with Chausson's Concerto for Piano, Violin and String Quartet, recorded together with Éric Le Sage and the Schumann Quartet, was released by Sony Classical in October 2024 and was promptly voted Album of the Week by BR Klassik radio.

Daishin Kashimoto starts his three-year residency as soloist with the Kurpfälzisches Kammerorchester at the end of October 2023 with two concerts in Mannheim Castle.

At the beginning of March, the world premiere of Toshio Hosokawa's violin concerto Prayer was performed by Daishin Kashimoto and the Berliner Philharmoniker, conducted by Paavo Järvi.
